A note from our director, Tom Jamison
I’m originally from the Sunny Coast and even though I have worked and travelled throughout Australia, my partner and I have chosen to raise our young family here in the Glasshouse Mountains. We love the outdoors; the bush, the surf, horse riding…and you just can’t beat the Sunshine Coast for all that.
I’ve been roofing all my adult life and I decided to start the business in 2020. I wanted to build a better life for my family. I had experience, a good work ethic, and pride in my work. I believed that once we started getting clients, they would have a good experience working with us, bear witness to the quality of our work and word would spread.
Here we are 3 years later and I’m grateful to have a solid, down-to-earth team who genuinely care. They care about the work they do and they care about each other. We have a great culture, our clients enjoy working with us, and we regularly receive feedback that not only is the work we do of the highest quality but our pricing is competitive.
Yes, from time to time a potential client has received a cheaper quote elsewhere. And whilst we’ll consider price negotiation on a case-by-case basis, I won’t undercut and make a loss just to win the work. At the end of the day, if you’ve received a cheaper quote elsewhere it’s for a reason and we have a fair pricing structure so we can all stay in a job, make a decent living, and support our families.
