NEW BUILDS
With our complete new build roofing service we take care of every aspect of the roofing stage, edge protection/scaffolding, fascia and gutter, battens and roof. Our team works cohesively across the entire roofing project, so there is no waiting around for contractors to complete their scope of works before another can begin. Whether the project is an off-the-plan or one-of-a-kind custom build, we work seamlessly with all other trades for a timely and predictable new home build.
RE-ROOFING
For a full roof replacement, we are on-site from start to finish. We do all we can to minimise the time your home is without a roof. A re-roof is often necessary due to age-related deterioration or weather-related damage. If you are making considerable alterations to your home we can provide an on-site consultation so you can make fully informed decisions. Each job is unique so contact us for a comprehensive quote.
MAINTENANCE
It’s important to keep on top of roof maintenance before it becomes a time sensitive necessity. Or even worse, a wild weather event causes considerable damage and the insurer won’t pay out because you hadn’t taken reasonable steps to preserve and protect your roof. You might not need to do as much as you think for peace of mind should an unexpected weather event occur.
GUTTERING
If your guttering is showing signs of wear and tear such as noticeable leaks, gaps, or discoloured paint, it might be time to get them replaced. Whilst it may seem appropriate and cost-effective to spot-fix guttering, if there is a weakness in one area, there will be issues elsewhere in the system and it’s only a matter of time. We can replace all guttering and downpipes quickly and efficiently to stop further water damage to your home.
